God's Currency

     The last few months I have been on a personal journey to become a positive thinker and a positive do-er. I’ve learned a lot thus far, and with God as my teacher I know he has so much more to teach me. But I wanted to share some of the things that I have learned in hopes to inspire even one person to start their own journey to become a positive being.
     When I decided to become a positive thinker, I didn’t try to think positive, I just stopped thinking negatively. Let the negativity leave your mind and your soul. “Stay away from negative people. They have a problem for every situation.” Start by thinking about the positives when the negatives present themselves; Light overcomes darkness one hundred percent of the time. It gets hard, and yes of course I slip up sometimes but I am working on it and thats what I have to continue to do.
      Change your thoughts, change your world. Social media is a great way to surround yourself with positivity and motivation, empty your timelines of things that upset you an of any negativity, and fill it with things that make you happy and that will help you stay positive. “Empty yourself and then let the universe fill you.” Once you let go of what brings you down you soon find that it feels as though it no longer exists. 
     In our world we use money to buy and sell things, well, God doesn’t take Visa or Discover cards. I've found that there is another form of currency in existence, acquired by giving positivity out through your mind and life. I am still working on myself, I plan to become the best person I can be and I am so thankful and so gratefully blessed for all of the people in my life who inspire me and push me to be a better person. The difference in my world since I started this journey is prodigious, it truly is amazing how much changes with positivity. I have been perplexed by the things I now see differently, by the way I feel things differently, and by the way I treat things differently. And it all inspires me try even harder. By giving positive thoughts and kind actions, and the universe will give you positive action in return, and that is God’s currency.
